This Privacy Policy explains how Herbz360 (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit herbz360.com, place an order, or contact us. Herbz360 sells herbal products in Pakistan with Cash on Delivery (COD) only. We do not take online card or bank payments on this website, so we do not collect or store card details.
1. Information we collect
a) When you place an order
- Your name
- Phone number (also used for WhatsApp/call confirmation)
- City and delivery address, including a nearest landmark if you give one
- Order details: products, quantity, price, order date and order number
- Any notes or changes you give us when we confirm your order
b) When you contact us
- Through the contact form: your name, email address and message
- Through WhatsApp, phone calls or email: your phone number or email, your name (if shown) and the content of your messages
c) Automatically, when you browse the website
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the website or advert that brought you here
- Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5)
d) If you tick “Subscribe”
If you tick the optional subscribe box on the order form, we keep your contact details to send you news about our products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time (see section 7).
2. How we use your information
- To process, confirm, pack and deliver your order and collect Cash on Delivery
- To call you or message you on WhatsApp/SMS to confirm your order, address and delivery
- To handle returns, cancellations, failed deliveries and complaints
- To reply to your questions
- To prevent fake or fraudulent orders and protect our website
- To understand how our website and adverts perform and improve them
- To send you offers, only if you subscribed
- To keep business, tax and accounting records required by law
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
- Courier / delivery companies: we share your name, phone number, address, city and the amount to collect, so they can deliver your parcel and collect payment. Couriers use this information under their own privacy policies.
- Service providers who run our website and communications: web hosting and content delivery (Hostinger), email, WhatsApp (Meta), and the third-party services listed in section 5.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Packages are sent in discreet packaging, and we keep product descriptions on courier labels general.
4. WhatsApp and phone contact
We may contact you by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp on the number you provide, to confirm and deliver your order or answer your questions. If you message us on WhatsApp using the chat button, WhatsApp (owned by Meta Platforms) processes that conversation under WhatsApp’s Privacy Policy, and we can see your WhatsApp number, profile name and messages. We will only send you promotional messages if you agreed to receive them.

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. Our website and the services below use cookies or similar technologies:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential shop cookies are needed for ordering to work properly. Links to our social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil your order, handle returns and complaints, prevent fraud, and meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations. After that we delete or anonymise it. Contact-form messages are deleted when they are no longer needed. Subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct wrong or incomplete information;
- delete your information, unless we must keep it for an active order, a return, fraud prevention or legal reasons;
- stop sending you promotional messages (reply “STOP” on WhatsApp/SMS or contact us).
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm your identity (for example, by calling the phone number used on your order) before acting on a request. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) connections, restricted staff access, and security measures on our website. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and will act promptly if a problem occurs.
9. Children
Orders should be placed by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with the “Last updated” date. Significant changes will be highlighted on our website.
